Lighthouse Club

The Lighthouse Club is a ministry of our church to children from the age of 4 through the 6th grade.  We work to foster a wholesome atmosphere in which children can have a good time while learning some important life lessons.  We desire the opportunity to build character into the lives of young people through activities, crafts, music, lessons from the Bible and personal attention.

Lighthouse Club runs from September through April with some holiday breaks.  This ministry is funded by our church; we do not hold fundraisers of any kind.  To help defray the cost of snacks & crafts, we ask that children bring 50 cents in dues each week; however, this is NOT a mandatory rule to attend club!  No child should stay home from club or any activity because a fee cannot be provided by a parent.  Each Wednesday, we ask that you allow your child to arrive at club by 7pm, so that we can begin our activities promptly.  We also ask that you pick up your child at 8:30 pm so that our workers can clean up and tend to their families.  For safety’s sake, children will not be allowed to exit the church on their own.  Parents need to pick them up in the gym where we will hold our closing exercises.  We are able to pick up and deliver children in the Galeton area in our church van.  Please call the church at 435-6560 by 5 pm on Club night (Wednesday) to make arrangements. Questions can be directed to the church at 435-6560 or to John Garman at 435-8157.
